' nits letter is to cancel the spent fuel shipments from MURR to the idaho National Engineering Laboratory that were descrn>ed in my letter of January 3, ' 992.
We do not expect to make any shipments to INEL this year.
I regret the time and elTort that you and we have expended without result.
However, none of the difficulties impeding the shipments were due to oversights or lack of planning by MURR.
