Dear Administrative Judges:
The_ Board's July 18, 1984 Order Concerning Security Contentions made no reference to the establishment of safe-guards procedures in connection with the schedule set therein for consideration of security issues.
Therefore, we assume that the Board intended those procedures set in 1982 by the Laurenson Security Board to apply for purposes of this pro-ceeding.
The County needs to have some additional different attorneys and consultants cleared in order to pursue the security matters now at issue.
We will consult and coordinate with LILCO and the NRC Staff on that matter, and will shortly submit the appropriate Affidavits to the Board.
