1.0 INSTRUCTIONS

1.1 At approximately hoars on (date), the SAA from Unit One/Two is instructed to contact each of the three individuals listed en the Duty Roster for the current week. The preferred method of contact is via telephone. If telephone contact cannot be estab-lished, activate the appropriate beeper and record the response time below (elapsed time from beeper activation to the return call by that individual). When transmitting the message via beeper, use tl.e fol-lowing statement:

(NAME) call the Unit (1 OR 2) Control Room. This is a drill" 1.2 If contact cannot be established with the individual (s) listed on the Duty Roster for the current week, the following actions shot be taken:

1.2.1 Make contact with one of the remaining individuals listed on the Duty Roster.

1.2.2 Document your actions in the comments section.

1.3 Additionally, the following two groups should be contacted and provided with the information on Form 1903.10I, steps 1-6:

1.3.1 Arkansas Department of Health 1.3.2 Little Rock Control Cenler 2.0 DUTY EMERGENCT COORDINATOR (NAME) (TIME)

NOTE: If initial contact is made via telephone, perform a test of the beeper to verify operability.
