FEMA Supplemental Finding - Waterford III Attached is the resolution of the last unresolved offsite planning issue related to the Waterford III Nuclear Power Station.

Four offsite planning issues were specified in the Atomic Safety and Licensi'ng Board's portial initial decision of November 3,1982, as amanded by its Men;orandum and Order dated December 12, 1982.

The State of Louisiana has provided Letters of Agreements from the support parishes which identify vehicles and drivers to be used for implementing the evacuation plans.

FEMA Supplemental Findings - Waterford 111 Reference Region VI memorandum to you, same subject, dated May 8,1984.

The only issue that was yet to be resolved in our May 8, 1984, memorandum was Issue 2, which required letters of agreements with the support parishes for vehicles and drivers necessary to implement the evacuation plans.

FEMA Region VI has now received these letters of agreement from Louisiana, and this should resolve the last issue as specified in the ASLE partial initial decision of November.3, 1982, as amended by memorandum and order, dated December 12, 1982.
