Dear Sir:

I am writine this letter, under advice of 1eral consel, in reaards to the recent During this (USWRC) audit of the R. E. Ginna trainina deuartment.

Rerion 1 audit I was a particinant in both an oral and written examination.

I understand that this audit was condu ted under the guise of NuRet 1021. Section

?.S 401 (9/1/93). Yv contention is that this NuRea does not hava the force and effect of Law, therefore I feel that havina to take the exam was pure harrassment.

Furthermore, I feel that I was intimidated by the NRC into takine the exam and did so only under duress.

Although I was informed by the examiner that the proceedines were in no way a reflection upon my license, I realize that if I should fail the exam, the NBC A failure to do so would is bound by their mandate to take some type of acti'on.

your examiners.

I further contend that this examination of me as a license holder is unconsti-tutional under the Fourth Ammendment, " Unlawful Search and Seizure".

At this time I am also requesting that I receive a copy of the written exam-ination which I took on 27 January 1994, alone with any other documents bearing I believe that I have this mv name which were used durine the auditine process.
