company (rPL) submitted to the liRC Revision 11 to the Turkey Point Training and Qualification (T&Q) Plan.
As a result of the review performed by the liRC, several changes were requested to clarify the changes made in Revision 11 of the Turkey Point T&Q Plan.
The changes identified during the review process have been incorporated into a
" revised" Revision 11 of the Turkey Point T&Q Plan.
As no training affected by the previoucly submitted Revision 11 to the Turkey Point T&Q Plan, has been implemented, the previously submitted Revision 11 is withdrawn and the attached " revised" Revision 11 rep] aces it in its entirety.
FPL has determined that the revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan pursuant to 10 CFR 50.t>4 (p).
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (4 ), a description of the revision and copics PT!!TQP-R11-3 through PTilTQP-R11-6 of the plan are enclosed:

Directions for incorporating this revision into the plan, and copies of the replacement pages.
By copy of this letter, we are 'orwarding copies PTNTQP-R11-1 and 2 to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region 11.
