The staff of the University of Virginia Research Reactor Facility (Docket Nos. 50-62 and 50-396) has revised the Facility's Emergency Plan and incorporated the additional information requested by your staff, according to their comments made on our previous submittal. We expect that this information will resolve the Plan's prior deficiencies.
