Jump salwct Fire llazard Analysis Report 131nder Fecall - Fecond Notice The Fire Hazard Analysis Report ( FIIAR), Amendment 8,
has been reproduced in its entirety and was distributed on November 6,
- 1991, in burgundy binders.
This FHAR supercedes the FilAP information in the tan binders.
On November 15, 1991, a memo was issued to Distribution with instructions to destroy the superceded F11AR information in the tan binders and to return the tan bindern to document control.
To date, some recalled binders have not been returnied and superceded information in still being used.
This is a configuration control concern.
Please ersure that tre superceded FitAR information has been discarded al.d the binders returned to Document Control.
