Revision 21 to the Vermont.akee Physical Security Plan The purpose of this letter is to provide you with Revision No. 21 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan. This revision reflecto enhancements recently made to our Security Program. Thes,e changes weru previouslyincorporated into our implementing prot.edures and the enclosure reflects the resultant Plan changes.
We have reviewed th!S revisico and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
This revision to our Physical Security Plan is submhted as Attachment A to this letter and is considered Sg EGUAR_pj_IMEG A M ATION which is to be withheH from public rt;sclos ure h eccordant e with the provisions of 10CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Fo'n and Change Transinittal Form for each copy of the Plan revision required by the NRC, Please t!gn and return these forms.
