Enclosed is Revision 14 to Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 14 changes include:
1.
The Unit 2 Third Refueling Outage Support Trailer locations within the Protected Area.
2.
A change to the Personnel Access requirements by implementing cll elements of Regulatory Guide 5.66 to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR 73.56.
3.
A title change for the Director of Security (Manager of Security) and the organizational charts reflecting this change.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These
- changes, since they.do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provision of 10 CFR 2.790(d), and Safeguards Information under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, and thereby exempt from public disclosure.
