Issuance of Renewed Facility Operating Licenses Numbers DPR-77 and DPR-79 for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, dated September 25, 2015 (ML15097A454)
Pursuant to Sequoyah NuclearPlant (SQN) Unit 1 Renewed Facility Operating License Condition 2.0(31) and SQN Unit 2 Renewed Facility Operating License Condition 2.0(24),
which were issued per Reference 4, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) confirms that SQN Units 1 and 2 new programs and enhancements to existing programs of References 2 and 3, required to be implemented no laterthan March 17, 2020, for Unit 1 and March 15, 2021, for Unit 2 are complete. The designated inspection and testing activities, as noted inAppendix A of Reference 1, required to be completed no later than March 17, 2020, for Unit 1 and March 15, 2021,for Unit 2 are complete. Certain license renewal programs and activities described in the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report have been changedas allowed bySQN Units 1 and 2 LicenseConditions 2.C.(31)(a) and 2.C.(24)(a), respectively.
