data form is an industry standard developed by Nuclear Management and Resources Council to provide the information required by 10 CFR 26.71(d).- Attachment 2 provides-a summary of management actiois taken by Toledo Edison based on positive FFD results and a list of FFD event reports submitted by Toledo Edison.
