" Failure of CVCS Pumps Train "A" to Start on SIAS" Third Interim Report The above referenced letter indicated submittal or a Final Report on March 30, 1984.
At the present time, closure of the above item is pending receipt of a new qualified latching relay and completion of the supporting documentation reviews.
The Final Report will provided to the USNRC on April 20, 1984.
