SALEN SECURITY PLAN SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 In accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended the regulations thereunder, and provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, five (5) copies of Revision 9 of the Salem Generating Station Security Plan.
Also forwarded is a security evaluation which describes the change, its purposes, and its impact upon safety and safeguards.
This revision is deemed to represent a change to Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75 for Salem Generating Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
This Security Plan change contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which must be protected from unauthorized disclosure in accor-dance with the provisions of 10 CPR 73.21.
t These changes involve a single safety issue and are therefore determined to be a Class III and a Class I amendment as defined

by 10CFR 170.22.
