Docket flos. 50-445-1 and 50-446-1 Outstanding Document Requests With further reference to your April 4, 1984, letter regarding outstanding document requests, we have reviewed our records and find that there are a few items which either need clarification or which were not shown on your list. We have marked those items with ** on the attached list. (The items which are unmarked are also shown on your list.)

I will be discussing the outstanding documents further with Messrs. Walsh and Doyle this week-end, and will get back in touch with you right away if there are any differences identified during-those conversations.

Just to be certain we're on the same wave length, we want to clarify that this list does not include:

ltems for which.information has not yet been supplied (for instance, Doyle #1 and Doyle #7).

Items which Cygna is changing, reanalyzing, etc.

For all those items, we will of course want full documentation and calculations.

We also note that there are still many outstanding questions which have not yet been answered, and we of course still would like answers to those questions. -

We also want to point out that, when Messrs. Walsh and Doyle are conducting

1. 2, etc.). They expect to continue the cross-examination as Mr. Doyle had begun it, support by support. (Should the same problem exist with more than one support, we wi11 attempt to reach a stipulation with you, hopefully in advance of the nearings, that this is the case. Judge Bloch has indicated that he would not want us to repeat the same cross-examination questions for each support.)

One other request we have is that you send two copies of Cygna's revised testimony which we understand we are to receive on 4/13/84 (just as we are sending copies to both you and Ms. Williams) so that there will be no delay in our sending a copy on to Mr. Doyle.

If you have any questions about any of this, please let me know.
