Reporting Commitment for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station regarding the NPDES Permit
Dear Mr. Stolz:
This letter provides confirmation of a commitment as requested by the NRC' staff in regards to their approval of a Peach Bottom License Amendment.
The Commission on February 24, 1984, issued Amendments Nos. 92 and 94 to the Operating License Nos.- DPR-44 and DPR-56 for Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3, respectively.
The License Amendment transmittal letter requests the Licensee to notify the Regional Administrator, with a copy to the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, of any changes to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and of any permit violations.
Accordingly, Philadelphia Electric Company will submit this information as requested by the NRC.
