It is agreed that regardless of the provisions of the second paragraph of Insuring Agreement II, part (b) of the Definition of Insured includes as an insured the Tennessee Valley Authority with respect to its legal responsibility for damages because of bodily injury or property damage caused by the nucicar energy hazard.
