Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.34(8)(c) and 10 CFR 73.55, Georgia Power Company, acting on'its o_wn behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric' Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits six copies of the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Units 1 and'2 Security Plan and six copies of the Security Training and Qualification Plan.
The enclosed Security Plan - Units 1 and 2 and the enclosed Security Training and Qualification Plan supercede the previously issued Security Plan - Unit 1 and the. Security Training and Qualification Plan. Please destroy or return the six copies of the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Unit 1 Security Plan and the six copies of the Security Training and Qualification Plan which tere transmitted to you on August 29, 1983.
Since the enclosures to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790, it is requested that the enclosures be withheld from public disclosure.
