Enclosed are six (6) copies of Revision 14 to the Quad Cities Nuclear Station Security Plan.

This revision addresses tEC comments we have received.regarding Revision 12 to the Quad Cities Plan and also includes some editorial changes.which are sidebarred.

Additionally, Figures 5-3 thru 5-8 of the Plan have been " cleaned-up".

These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
