Dear Mr. Denton:
Reference (a) transmitted Amendment 64 to the LaSalle County Station FSAR.
That letter stated that FSAR was being revised by the introduction of a separate "M Summary Report" that stands alone as a periodic status summary on the status of equipment qualification.
The purpose of this letter is to transmit.to you five (5) copies of the "M Summary Report".
Enclosed for your use are also one signed original and forty (40) copies of this letter.
