APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO CASE'S MOTION FOR DISCOVERY REGARDING "T-SHIRT" INCIDENT Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.730(c), Texas Utilities Electric Company, et al.
(" Applicants") hereby submit their answer to CASE's motion for discovery regarding a matter referred to by CASE as the "T-Shirt" incident.
Applicants will provide discovery on this matter.
Accordingly, Applicants will respond to CASE's seventeenth set of interrogatories on the schedule agreed upon by CASE and Applicants.
However, by agreeing to this discovery Applicants do not concede that this matter is relevant, as CASE argues, to the intimidation issues scheduled for litigation in this proceeding.
