Dear Sir:
In response to Generic Ietter No. 82-33 (Reference 1), the Authority subnitted a detailed control roczn design review program plan for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (Reference 2).
In that letter we ominitted to submit a sumnry report by Novenber 15, 1985.
The Authority hereby amends that ccmnitment to include the subnittal of a schedule for inplementing the rewanurdations of the final sunmary report.
This inplementation schedule will also be subnitted by November 15, 1985. '
