Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Physical Security Plan Gentlemen:
Enclosed is Revision One to the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP), Part I, Base Plan.
Pages 1-13, 5-9 and 7-4 of the Base Plan are being submitted to revoke changes in Issue 3 of the PSP which were disallowed as 10 CFR 50.54 (p) changes (reference Thomas T.
Martin letter to J. J. Carey dated January 26, 1984).
In addition, a change to page 12-3 is being submitted which we have reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the pro-visions of 10 CFR 2.790(d), and Safeguards Information under the provision of 10 CFR 73. 21, and are thereby exempt from public disclosure.
