Dear Mr. Keppler:
In accordance with your request, the following inforration is provided in response to I. E.Bulletin 83-07 and Supplements 1 and 2 describing apparently fraudulent products sold by Ray Miller, Inc.
Initial contact with vendors on our qualified bidders list who supply Ray Miller Inc. type products indicates that PNPP has only one application of Ray Miller products, which was used in a non-safety related application.
Although we are confident we have not received any products from Ray Miller Inc. in safety related applications, we are continuing our investigative effort. We expect this to be complcted by December 1984.
