SUBJECT:

Waterford SES Unit No. 3 Docket No. 50-382 Significant Construction Deficiency No. 78 "American Bridge Structural Steel Deficiencies" Seventh Interim Report The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC on March 9, 1984.

At the present time, corrective action remains on 2 nonconformance reports and is scheduled to be completed in late March, 1984.

A Final Report will be submitted to the USNRC on April 6,1984.
