' investigation report supporting the issuance of a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties on July 22, 1983; and (2) an extension of time to respond until thirty days after receipt of the report.

A decision'has not yet been made as to whether the report can be released.

Therefore, the time allowed for your response is extended until thirty days after a decision is made on the release of the investigation report.
