Dear Mr. Panday:
On September 29, 1983, we received direction from Mr.
Oerald R. Oears, USNRC, to resolve Franklin Research comments on the Peach Botton ODCM directly with you.
The ODCM han been revised to incorporate several changes requested by the NRC in the license amendment regarding I
radiological effluent technical specifications.
Attached is a revised copy of the Peach Bottom ODCM d
for your review.
Following your review, the resolution of further commento can best be handled by way of a conference call between yourself and Philadelphia Electric Company staff.
