In letter dated October 13, 1983 Alabama Power Company requested Technical Specification changes to incorporate a slightly positive moderator temperature coefficient (MTC) at low power levels and an increased enthalpy hot channel factor (F Delta H) limit below full power. These changes were approved by the NRC in Amendment No. 37 and Amendment No. 27 for Units 1 and 2 respectively.
During review of plant procedures to incorporate the technical specification changes, some administrative errors were found. Several typographical errors were .found and an omission in the ACTION statement was l
made. The corrected ACTION statement was considered in the original evaluation described in the October 13, 1983 letter. As discussed with the Farley Nuclear Plant NRC Project Manager, it is requested that the corrected l pages be reissued as soon as possible in order that return to power for Unit I not be af fected.
