Dear Mr. Dircks:

SUPPLY SYSTEM NUCLEAR PROJECTS 4 AND 5 TRANSITION TO PHASE II 0F TERMINATION

The referenced correspondence discussed the Supply System's Termination Program to dispose of the assets of WNP-4/5. Phase I of the Program was to concentrate on finding new owners for the projects.

If the search for new owners proved to be unsuccessful, the Supply System was to move to Phase II, which would focus on the sale of plant assets in a piecemeal fashion.

/

This letter is 'to infom you that the Supply System is now in Phase II of the Temination Program for WNP-4/5.

It is our intent that Phase II will last until at least June,1985.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (509) 372-5238.

Sincerely,

{
