The Authority submitted a proposed change to tne James A.
FitZPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Technical Specifications via Reference 1.
Tnis propated amendment revises Table 3.7-1 (Process Pipeline Penetr ating Primary Containment) of Appendix A to the Operating License to agree with the actual plant conditions.
In Reference 2, the NRC requested additional information on this proposed amendment.
i Since the changes requested in Reference 1 would be resuomitted as part of a complete update of Table 3.7-1, the Autnority i
hereby withdraws tne " Application of Amendment to Operating License" included with Reference 1.
Tnis new submittal will be transmitted to the NRC Dy June 29, 1984.
