Issuance of Proof and Review Technical Specifications The referenced letter requested the NRC to defer issuance of the Proof and Review version of the Formi-2 Technical Specifications until further notice.
Edison is now request-
'ing that the process leading to the issuance of the Proof and Review version of the Technical Specifications begin.
We have available resources to support your effort and feel that the impact of obtaining additional test data will be minimal at this time.
We appreciated your delaying the NRC effort until this late date just prior to the issuance of an Operating License.
