This supplement to Revision 35 is being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The information contained in this revision was discussed in telecons with William Stansberry, NRC Region 2 representative, and J.
R. Setliffe and M.
W.
France, SQN Site Security, on May 19 and May 23, 1995.
Supplement I to Revision 35 provides the clarifications requested by NRC including the arming of t member of the security force in Section 3.2.1.1.
The material enclosed herewith contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore, the material should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
