Dear Mr. Dewey:
On March 15, 1904, the Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the captioned 'roceeding signed the subpoena for the deposition of Jos 2ph H.
Rodriguez, the Public Advocate, State of New Jersey.
The Secretary of the Licensing Board requested that we notify the parties of the taking of the deposition.
Today we served Mr. Rodriguez throuah his office in Trenton, New Jersey.
Accordingly, we expect j
