ITEM DESCRIPTION STATUS Sa Revise the present cicctrical interlock system Dec. 15 limits (includes remov,51 of the travel path to the decontamination pit at elevation 348').
Sb Issue revised procedures and submit a tech spec Dec, 15 change concerning use of interlock system for certain designated loads and for handling loads in Region C.
6 Issue revised procedure for removing vessel head June 15 to restrict height to max. of 45" above the vessel flange.
7 The " Fuel llandling Building Crane Operation" June 15 procedure will be revised to prohibit heavy load movements in the northwest corner of the operating deck defined by an area encompassing Region B-1.
8 The " Fuel llandling Building Crane Operation" pro-June 15 cedure will also be revised to prohibit heavy load movements within Region B-2 other than: movement of the new fuel storage pit cover or decontamination pit cover at the minimum height necessary to place them in their storage position; or movement of the cask pit or canal gates to their storr3e locations.
9 The " Fueling llandling Building Crane Operation" June 15 procedure will be revised to prohibit movement of any heavy load in excess of 3 tons over the decon-tamination pit boundaries. ;
