Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Supplement to Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-150 Gentlemen:
l Waterford 3 proposed several changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in support of the revised 10 CFR Part 20. The purpose of this letter is to request the withdrawal of the proposed change to the definition of "MEhBER(s) 0F THE PUBLIC" in TS Section 1.15 that was requested in letter
, dated February 14, 1994.
Final Rule Change 10CFR Part 20, " Standards for Protection Against Radiation" (60 Fed. Reg. 36038, dated July 13,1995),

that will become effective August 14, 1995. Waterford 3 request that the definition for " MEMBER (s) 0F THE PUBLIC in Section 1.15 of the TS be revised to reflect the following in accordance with the Final Rule Change:

MEMBER (S) 0F THE PUBLIC 1.15 MEMBER (S) 0F THE PUBLIC means any individual except when that individual is receiving an occupational dose.
