t The Third Interval ISI Program Plan and associated relief requests for the Vermont Yankee facility were submitted for NRC review via Reference (b). NRC requested additional information with regard to this submittal via Reference (c) Vermont Yankee subsequently responded to NRC's request for additional information via Reference (d).
Vermont Yankee has implemented the programmatic requirements of the Third Interval ISI Program Plan, as committed to in Reference (d). Our current plan is to submit the revised '
Third 10-Year Interval ISI Program Plan to the NRC after completion of the 1995 refueling
, outage. We anticipate submittal of this document by June 30,1995.
