Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter is to propose changes to the " Administrative Controls" section if the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications. These changes incorporate the recently revised reporting requirements of Sections 50.72- and 50.73 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
s Because' these reporting requirements were effective January 1, 1984, and these technical specification changes'are clarifying and made at the request of the Commission, no license fee is required as stated in Generic Letter No. 83-43. It is also on this basis that a formal "Significant Hazards Considerations" analysis is not attached.
