Kim, NRR Project Manager, attached is a non-proprietary version of Licensing Topical Report titled " Regional Exclusion with Flow-Biased APRM Neutron Flux Scram" Stability Solution (Option I-D) to the Monticello Nuclaar Plant, prepared by General Electric Nuclear Energy. This is to support our License Amendment Requested dated June 22,1995, and is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.90.
