Revision 19 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan and Revision 7 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan Gentlemen:
North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has implemented, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Revision 19 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan and Revision 7 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan. North Atlantic has determined that this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan. Enclosure I contains the revisions to the above plans.
Enclosure I contains Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosure.
