Mr. Upvall was not assigned to licensed duties at the time he was datormined to bo in violation of the requirements (i.e., not assigned to fuel handling activition).

Mr.

Upvail is no longer employed with Duquesno Light company, and thorofore no longor has a

need for the SRO imel Handling Licenso.

Duquesne Light Company formally requests that Mr. Upvall'n licenso bo eithdrawn.
