Gentlemen:
This submittal serves to assure that the concerns of the subject letter are adequately addressed at Waterford 3.
Generic Letter (GL) 91-11 issued on,luly 18, 1991, requires lleensees to respond within 180 days of receipt, to confirm that their appropriate plant procedures include time limitations and surveillance requirements for:
1.
Vital instrument buses (typleally 120V ac huses),
2.
Inverters or other onsite power sources to the vital lustrument buses, and 3.

Technical Speelfication 3/4.8.3, "Onsite Powe" Distribution," implements the CE STS-(NUREG-0212, Revision 3, lasued Fall of 1981) which include the requiremolits contained in GL 91-11.
