Prior to being given this assignment, I have never worked on any job or task associated with the Midland Project, or any job or task for or on behalf of Consumers Power Company or Bechtel relating to issues that I will be re-viewing. I have never been employed by Consumers Power Company or Bechtel.

As QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (Sep 1974 to May 1978) responsibilities included MT, PT and UT thickness gauging activities, receipt inspection, hydro, helium and pneumation leak testing, instrumentation pneumatic / electrical inspecticn, and welding inspection. Started a research and development inspection process relative to field location of liquified natural gas vaporuers, this process involved field installation trouble shooting and summarizing such in a fashion useful for shop implementation of preventive measures to limit field installation problems.
