Kunc1 to NRC, NLS9000459, October 15, 1990, Generic Letter 89-13 Recommended Inspection Program Gentlemen:
Generic Letter 89-13, " Service Water System Problems Affecting Safety-Related Equipment," requested licensees to implement several recommendations to ensure that service water systems are maintained in compliance with 10CFR50, Appendix A.
General Design Criteria 44, 45, and 46, and Appendix B,Section XI.
In addition, licensees were to notify the NRC of all activities and programs implemented in response to this Generic Letter. Accordingly, the Nebraska Public Power District hereby informs the NRC that all activities and programs associated with Generic Letter 8913 as described in References 1 and 2 have been completed.
