In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p), please find enclosed a complete Revision six (6) of the Pilgrim Station Security Force Train-ing and Qualification Plan. This revision includes a consolidation of

similar crucial tasks, changes in confonnance to physical changes to the facility, and verbiage modifications to provide improved understanding of training direct.'ves.
Included with each revision is a preface which provides an explanation of changes to facilitate your review analysis.
All changes were subject to internal review and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
The details of the security training program in the enclosed Revision 6 of the Pilgrim Station Security Force Training and Qualification Plan are proprietary, as described under the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules and Regulations,10CFR2.790(d) and 10CFR9.5(a)(4), or Safeguards Information under Rule 10CFR73.21.
In accordance with the aforementioned Rules and Regulations, we are requesting that you withhold the enclosed Revision six (6) from public inspection.
When separated from Enclosure, handle as decontrolled.
