In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(a), cancellation of the NRC Operator licenses held by Mr. Donald K. Cobb, Jr., (license number S0P-30425-2, docket number 55-30396) and Mr. David L. Bauguess (license number OP-30423-2, docket number 55-30974) is hereby requested. Both Mr. Cobb and Mr. Bauguess have been reassigned to positions for which current Operator licenses are not needed.
