Huwrow & WILLIAMS The parties propose to suomit a proposed order for hearing on

" Group II-B" issues within approximately one week of the March 21 submission of testimony on those issues.

In addition, the parties propose to the Board that cross-examination plans for Group II issues be submitted on a rolling basis, with plans for the first two clusters of issuan (Conten-tion 26,'and Contentions 55-59, 24.T (SC only), and 20) being due on March 16, and cross-examination plans for remaining clusters being due three days before the start of trial on the first issue in the cluster, making necessary allowances for the unpredictability of the pace of litigation.
