DOCKET NtBEER 50-483-CALLAhY PLANT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 1993 SEMI-ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT N RASE REPORT ERRATA Two data errors have been identified in the Semi'-Annual Effluent Release Report for the second half;of 1993.
The first involved reporting activity and dose due to gaseous and liquid effluents at twice the actual values.
New computer software used to generate the report tables failed to reset the table values to zero between back to back report r int-outs resulting in values which were the sum of the.equested report print-outs.
The second' involved an error in the volume, I
total curies'and nuclide composition for the category C waste.
A review of the data at the time did not-identify several-shipments made in the second half of:1993.
The attached Tables 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3,
5, 6,
7, and 8 have been updated with the correct data.
