I enclose a copy of two letters, dated June 20,1995 and July 27,1995, to the NRC announcing changes in the Georgia Power and Southern Nuclear Operating Company organizations. First, Southern Nuclear's administrative and technical services organizations now report to Mr. James H. Miller, Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Southern Nuclear. Second, in connection with the Southern System-wide restructuring of human resources services, Mr. C. Alan Martin has been named Vice President - Human i

Resources of certain Southern System companies, including Georgia Power and Southern Nuclear. Certain human resources support services previously performed under Southern Nuclear's Vice President - Administrative Services, will now be performed under Mr.

Martin. I also enclose a current Southern Nuclear organization chart illustrating the positions j

of Vice President - Human Resources and Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel within the companies.
