This letter is a formal withdrawal of my request for a hearing on Technical Specification Change (TS 90-22) submitted by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Docket Hos. 50-327 and 50-328, Sequoyah Nuc1 car Plant, Units 1 and 2, llamliton County, Tennessee.
The portion of the et'snge that was in protest was that. portion of Section 6.0 concerning the incorporation of Generic Letter (CL)-82-16, "NUREG-0737" and more specifically how the company (TVA) intended to implement it in the Union / Management 1980 overtime Agreement.
TVA and the international Brotherhood Electrical (IBEW) Workers met on March 11 and 12, 1991, to discuss concerns and worked out an equitable
[
resolution.
TVA and the 1BEW have come to a joint understanding which resolves.the safety concerns.
The 1BEW appreciates the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards' efforts in helping both parties resolve this issue.
