Dear Mr. Miller:
By letter dated February 21, 1984, the NRC informed Alabama Power Company of fee requirements of 10CFR170 as they relate to the fire protection requirements of 10CFR50. The letter stated fees were never paid by Alabama Power Company for several applications related to fire protection. Enclosed is a check for $8,800 to cover all unpaid application fees.
